Dear New Church Member;

I welcome you to a church that is diverse in Christian Ministry, yet we are one in the Spirit. The Lord has given each of us many "GIFTS 0 F THE HOLY SPIRIT" in which we can exercise our talents to better serve and praise him. Here at Tabernacle, we believe in praising and giving expression to the dictates of the Holy Spirit,

Our church membership is diverse in class, background, family structure, and church experience, Our members are dedicated to the ideas of service and love for all people whomever they might be. We have all types of Outreach Ministries to meet the needs of our Church Family and the community at large. Members are engaged in the community and through the church in many volunteer and activist ways. We are involved with other congregations of different denominations to strengthen both the Ecumenical Community and Tabernacle Membership in celebration and Fellowship as the Body of Christ.

Our Ministerial Staff consists of male and female clergy whom God has called to preach the Good News of Jesus Christ, We are unapologetic and unashamedly Afrocentric and Christocentric as we minister to the members of Tabernacle and the community through the Preached Word, We hold Midweek Prayer and Bible Study Wednesdays for teaching and instruction in the Word of God. We are led of the Holy Spirit that inspires and empowers us to do the will of the Father.

I invite you to become an active member of Tabernacle Church. "The Harvest is Plentio us, but
the Laborers are Few. " We need working people. Don't sit and become complacent but WORKOUT YOUR SOUL SALVATION! Focus on the Ministry that you want to work in and join that auxiliary of the church.

We are blessed to have you as part of the family of Tabernacle, and as family, we will embrace, nurture, and love you in such a spiritual way that God will be pleased. I challenge you as members of the congregation to do the work of Evangelism and win souls to Christ. Also, I challenge you to believe and become a true partner in the Mission of our church.
